Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("user," "you," or "your") and iRise LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the irise2edu.org website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website, or mobile application relating, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the "Site").

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on iRise LLC's Site for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Tennessee.
